Connect assessment thinking with its delivery.

I built Trajectas to make custom assessments more flexible: connecting capability frameworks and individual items with the workflows needed to administer assessments and produce useful reports.

Build the platform and the content model.

Using AI-assisted development, I built capability and item libraries, assessment campaigns, participant workflows, partner/client arrangements and PDF reporting. The platform supports comparisons between participants and across time, and matching position descriptions to relevant capabilities.

I treated assessment content and delivery software as separate responsibilities. A working delivery system still needs appropriate evidence for the instruments it administers.

Turn a collaborator’s framework into a coaching assessment.

An early collaborator brought a proprietary capability framework. Together we clarified its concepts; I rewrote the capability descriptions, authored the assessment items and prepared the implementation on the platform.

Moving from a framework into individual items exposed ambiguities that were less obvious in the original descriptions. Working across content and software helped me refine both.

A working platform, ready to learn from use.

The platform and coaching-oriented implementation are prepared. Completed pilot outcomes, repeat adoption and assessment validation have not yet been established. The next stage is use and evidence gathering with the collaborator.
