Building
with AI.

I use AI to build useful software, improve everyday workflows and bring new ideas into working products.

That means working across the whole process: defining the problem, building, testing and deploying a solution, and integrating models into the product itself. My projects involve transcription, summarisation, model APIs and connections between tools, with attention to data access, output quality and what happens when something fails.

The Marathon Clinic

AI-assisted development turned coaching knowledge into a website, planning tools and course-pacing features. The training logic follows defined rules; AI helps me research, build and refine.

The coaching venture behind it →

From booking to follow-through

An all-in-one productivity tool that brings together what I used Calendly, Wispr Flow and Granola for: booking, voice dictation and meeting notes, with AI summaries and a shared notes library.

Big Listen

Built to help my partner’s family talk with her grandfather, who is hard of hearing. It turns a phone into a live-captioning screen, converting speech into large, high-contrast text.

Project 215

A personal performance tracker built around my goal of running a 2:15 marathon. It brings Strava data together with health and recovery tracking, so I can review training load and progress in one place.

A little more
about me.

I’m most interested in work where I can get to grips with an unfamiliar leadership problem, advise the people making the decision and build something that helps.

The Marathon Clinic

Founder & Head Coach

Putting the running experience to work.

I founded The Marathon Clinic to bring my experience as an endurance athlete and coach into a service focused on the marathon. It combines one-to-one coaching with free training guidance, planning tools and race-specific pacing.

The aim is to help runners understand their training, make better decisions and prepare for their own race. Building the technology is one part of that; coaching and the judgement behind it are the reason it exists.
